I'm still all-in on Edward Cabrera

He's not been consistent, but this guy is 27, arb-eligible next year (so maybe on the block) and has nasty stuff when right. Worth a gamble, but the Marlins would want young bats as they have no offense and don't want to spend.
Some videos of his arsenal.

Another on trade rumors as one of the 2 they may trade.

I'd love Ryan Weathers, who is on the IL with lat strain. I look at him for 2026, not now.
The Cards may also want to try to get Anthony Bender, who is closest to being an FA and effective vs RH, with a new sweeper.
The Marlins need young offense, including a 2b, 3b, CF, and a decent DH, and even a catcher, although Agustin Ramirez has been very good for them so far. We have what they need. Trade fodder = some combo (not all!) of Davis, Baez, Saggese, Crooks, Church, and some long-range guy like Yairo Padilla.
