Blowouts on the 4th

The cubs record setting homer barrage yesterday was tough for Cardinal fans to endure. Hopefully they can bounce back vs a group of relievers today. The 11-3 smackdown was bad enough, but there were some other MLB games yesterday which were just as one sided and embarrassing.
The mighty Dodgers were clobbered in LA by Houston - 18-1! This was the worst defeat at Dodger Stadium by the home team ever. The Astros hit 5 homers, led by Altuve, who had 2 HR and 5 RBI.
The Red Sox crushed the Nats 11-2 in Washington, and the Athletics pounded the Giants 11-2.
Around the rest of the league, parity ruled - there were 8 one run decisions.
