he's cemented himself 1-1 or 1-2...if the Nats and Angels go another route, that's insane to think about. But if he does, he doesn't get by Mariners or Rockies either.

You'd need 4 GM's and 4 Draft/Scouting directors to be working perfectly in concert to have Anderson drop to 5. I would love for that to happen.

Anyways...regular world, I don't see him lasting beyond 2nd pick. But the Angels tend to pick wonky...Moore, Schanuel, etc

Threw something like 120 pitches last night. 135 is his high for the season. Leads national in strikeouts.

And I’ll be honest… I don’t love Kade Anderson. I feel badly that his coach goes against any responsible level of usage for a 20 year old for his own personal gain. I don’t think any major league hurler has touched 130 pitches in a game this season and he’s done it twice. He’s thrown 100 or more pitches I think 11 times this year.

Tarik Skubal has thrown 100 pitches once this season.

Anderson lives and dies on 12-6 curve and change. He does have 95 4 seamer. College kids have severe trouble with teriffic off speed, not so much MLB.
