ICYMI: Michael McGreevy spot starts Game 2 today. Because he was called up as the 27th man, he’s still eligible to be recalled July 24 for another spot start, should the Cardinals decide they need that.

(The team’s next off day isn’t until 7/3, so consider that highly likely).

Masyn Winn cam hit leading off? I recall the heated debates on this.

The 2nd game has the interest. Can't wait to see how McGreevy performs. Never happen, but move MM out of rotation vs Dubbies and let McGreevy have a shot.

Since there wasn't a game yesterday he's pitching tomorrow. The rotation is set up so Fedde pitches Tuesday and Gray pitches Wednesday against the Cubs.

I'd move Pallante out of rotation. Make him RH version of Matz.

McG should've replaced Pallante a few weeks ago.
