Out of the trade deadline sale. Similar to getting Saggese and Roby for Montgomery and Stratton.

Why the nonsense? This is a timely Cardinals baseball topic. Obviously, you don't feel the need to discuss baseball. Just go away.

I agree. By hook or by crook.

I would classify a “stud” as an “elite” prospect.
Now.....who are going to give up to get BOTH of those prospects???

Helsley could get both with the right trading partner in need of a closer to make a deep run.

evidence? Please, give us the evidence.

Right now, Helsley would be rental for any team, and he's having a very bad year, and an extremely bad stretch of games. He wouldn't get both, probably wouldn't get either one.

You said the same 2 years ago with Dylan Carlson. Then you said the same about Arenado for 6 straight months last year...daily.

Maybe if you add your guy Burleson to the deal.

Mo won't be able to acquire two players like that. I bet he steps back and lets Bloom control the trade deadline moves.

He should trade for Alec Burleson and Tekoah Roby

MY nonsense? Look in the mirror. These types of responses mean 'don't pay attention to the troll!'
Because you're like a cocaine addict on a bachelor trip = won't shut up - ever - and won't stop talking stupid.
Your topic is like saying, "I want world peace." It's fluff. It's impossible. And it's just words without any reasonable explanation as to how.
Get a stud pitcher and power hitter!! Oh, okay. Provide a reasonable explanation as to how -- or you are the bachelor trip dude?

How do remember all this Shady history? Actually, I see it as a left-handed compliment from the Ru. Helsley will command at least one prime prospect in a deadline trade.

Burly could spice up a return, no doubt. But Burleson ain't going anywhere at this trade deadline. The Cardinals are hard up for productive hitters. And Burly can hit.
