Noot? I know Koperniak isn't doing the best now, but him or Church should be able to easily cover a Nootbaar trade. Gorman and Saggese can cover Nadop's absence.
I would try to package them Noot, Nado and maybe Helsley.

And whom do you think they're going to get from a trade like that? Some dirty socks, a mid level AA prospect?

There are teams needing LF and RF that actually have good farm systems to trade from. Look to them. Philadelphia, Seattle, Texas come to mind.

...and Cleveland, and Minnesota. Houston, San Diego, and New York Yankees all have pretty depleted systems.

Presently the Cards need a RF. Walker hasn't exactly claimed the spot so far.

I am going to argue the point the Cards need a whole new outfield. I think It would do the team a world of good to just wholesale change everything out there. Find a way to get W. Contreras to agree to a trade. Stick Walker at 1st where the big man can play for the rest of career and not be winded by the end of the day and try to find some power numbers. Trade Noot. Stick Scott back in AAA where he belongs to find a consistent bat. Bring up Church, Koperniak and trade for a power hitting outfielder. Guys to bring up Saggesse and McGreevy. Other guys that should be traded
Arenado - The obvious
Burleson - The team won't give him an every day spot so let him go where he can get a shot. He can be a consistent .280 hitter with 15 - 20HR's.
Helsley - While it makes sense.
This team need change and some new faces. this is not working. they are an 85 to 90 win team at best.

It has been years since the Cardinals had a complete roster, the money that mo was enough to have a complete roster, he just made a lot of really bad decisions.
