That's not noooooot your hearing it is boooooooo! This player is the most overated player on this team.Just because you were a teammate of ohtani does not mean your are a good baseball player.Putting nootbar as the leadoff over and over and over again and expecting him to be a leadoff hitter is insane. In last 32 at bats 1 hit. In last 32 at bats 1 hit.In last 32 at at bats 1 hit. Nootbar fans tired of reading it , I Am tired of watching it!!!!

1 for his last 32 with 17K’s. Unreal. I’ve seen some bad stretches, but that’s insane. He gets another game or two, then he’s benched for 3 to 4 games.

Several of those at bats came with Scott on first. You would think he would get some good pitches to hit in an effort to keep Scott close.

Marmol says performance equals opportunity, this only applies to certain players.Anybody on this forum that has a brain knows we do not have a good manager.Keeping Nootbar as leadoff is just another bad decision that he makes.Does it surprise any of us , no we are use to it.

When Mo falls in love, he falls hard.
Which is why Lars The Human Sushi-baar plays.

The noooot you are hearing is nothing but a marketing creation.
As is Moot himself.

He's had a really bad week.
Hopefully he comes out of it soon. Maybe he needs a break and some time hitting lower in the order to work out of whatever funk he's gotten himself into.

At least in 9th with Scott on 1st, Noot took the first pitch as Scott was stealing 2nd . Have seen games where Noot would swing and foul it off returning Scott to first. Still didn’t help as he swung at ball that hit homeplate ti end thr game.

He can never be more than what he has been or who he is.
Every year, same thing.
Pitchers quickly figure him out.
They willingly let him hunt for walks - it can't hurt them.
Take away high straight fastballs - which is the only pitch he can consistently hit.
Result?
He is a .240 hitter who draws walks and about 15 times a year (being generous) he might ambush a ball for a HR.
Further, zero threat on the bases, barely adequate in the field, terrible arm.
That is it.
All there has ever been.
All there will ever be.
I spotted that 4 years ago - and it has been consistently, predictably true ever since.
Never going to change.
Incredibly stupid on Super Slo Mo's part to not trade him when his value was comically inflated.

I was one of Noot's biggest boosters and fully admit it.
Even said they should extend both he and Donovan (at least I think I got one right) and that he was our best all round OF'er.
I fell for Noot's statcast numbers, thought he'd be an above average hitter given those metrics.
(And they're still lying given his exit velo/hard hit rate/bat speed are still in the upper tier of MLB!)
It appears those of us who did have been wrong.
