MLB replay system is broken

this is at least the 3rd time where it was clear the cardinals got screwed by the call on the field and replay should have flipped the call, but did not.
i cant recall the exact instances before, i just know at least 3 times, and maybe 4 its happened this season.
its like the system is more about protecting the ego's of the umpires on the field than getting the call right.

Any replay, in any sport, should be given 1 minute. If you can't tell after one minute, call stands

wrong.
what matters is being right. and not only were the umps and replay wrong today, but they robbed us of a chance challenge the tag at home too.
i do agree some times these losers in replay booths take too long, but i care more about a right call than the speed of a call

+1 getting the call right is what matters not getting the call fast

Gorman was slow getting the tag down and his throw home was one hopped. Stop blaming replay.

Nope. In the playoffs sure. During a season. Nope

You’re wrong it defeats the purpose of replay if you still get the obvious call wrong

you are either on drugs or were not watching the play or are a brewers fan trolling. guy was out at 2nd.
and there was no replay at home bc we lost our challenge bc the replay booth cared more about protecting the ego of the guy making the call at 2nd than being right

Why should it be different in the playoffs, then in the season? Should strike zones also be different, reg season vs playoffs?

It is really disappointing when the replay shows the call wrong and yet "the call on the field stands."

Yes it is, and it was better theater to have arguments with the umpires on the field than have a system that takes too long w/o necessarily getting it right anyway .................... in the regular season.
In the playoffs, that's another story, let's avoid another Denniker or whatever his name was happen again.

so replay officials can overturn a call...or maybe they just cant overturn calls that go the cardinals way?

I think Herrera was out but to me not anymore than the Brewer at second last night.
