What's the latest update on Walker ?

Yesterday , I heard on the game he was given an injection in his wrist . Any more info as to the date of return for him in the lineup ?
I'm hoping they give him the time to fully heal and then send him on a lengthy minor league rehab assignment.
I'm hoping this mental break gives him a reset and he comes back hitting better. He was showing a bit of life before the injury but I would not call it a hot streak... more like an average streak.
