If Arquette can be another Herrera type hitter

Should the Cardinals take him if available at #5? Evidently, he's the highest rated collegiate hitter in the draft. He's a 6'5", 220 lbs SS. If so, with Winn ingrained at SS, he'd likely need a position change/

And I don't understand the OP at all.... do we have to wait for Arquette to become a Herrera Type Hitter? Then go back in time and select him?

How else can you guarantee him becoming this, which is what you require to select him?

---------------

And why that Parameter? Can we select him if he isn't this "Herrera Type Hitter"?

David.
Wouldn't it be interesting if David, or Cliff, or Rosanna Arquette could become another Pujols-type hitter? How could Sagesse factor into all this? There must be a connection.

I prefer Eli Willits. I believe he and Holliday are the two best players in this draft. They are completely different, but I believe they will both be stars sooner rather than later.

There’s a lively, active, on-point discussion going on over on the 2025 draft thread, why don’t you contribute your “thoughts” there and participate in the dialogue?

Don’t bother answering, we all know why.

I hope Anderson and Arquette get picked in the top four.

You guys amuse me every day with your responses to Shady posts. They aggravate you so, but just like Jordan Walker with a down and away slider, you can't lay off the pitch. You can't let the post die of attrition- and as a result nobody gets more clicks and comments than Shady. Mr. Walker- take your bat and have a seat.

Arquette is a solid player, but he'd be an underwhelming talent at #5 overall even in a weak draft. Go get one of the top 3 lefties or go the hs hitter route imo.

Yep, some on here are relentless in their throwing Shady shade. I do find it amusing and am always up for a tap and scroll for a good chuckle.
