Which Cardinals vs Cubs game are you going to?

- 4 game series at home Mon June 23- Thu June 28
- 3 game weekend series at home Aug 6 - Aug 8
I am bullish on Cardinals chances and just have the feeling this is time to buy at reasonable price for those games.
I chose the Friday game in August. Couldn't just sit back and let Scrub fans take over Busch during a playoff run.
I also snagged a couple of seats for a game in the Dodger series (June 6-8). That series should be a big test for the good guys. Worst case, we can see Ohtani and Edman.
I didn't break the bank on any of it. Will see about deals to get to the ball park for a few other games as those times approach.

Undoubtedly it will be in Chicago after we win the division.

As many as don't get claimed but people love going to these games!
Unfortunately I've got some -ex Chitowners for customers and they also like to ask for my tixs when the scrubs are in town.

Bad response...you're supposed to support DeTwit and Mo-ran!

Sure, but I have gotten tired of the process and cost of doing so. I attended plenty of games from the sixties until 1981. There was a baseball strike that really made me question whether the players or the owners deserved my support. The fact that the Cardinals did not have a place in the playoffs with the best record in the NL made me furious. I did not attend a game in St. Louis till 2017 when I went to a game because my HS alma mater was playing a game after the Cardinals game.

I'm flying to Denver tomorrow for a wedding. I'll stay connected via my cell phone.

None. Why attend in person when I can more comfortably watch from home?

I have relatives who are Cub fans up in Joliet. We've always razzed each other since childhood. I hosted them last July for a Cubs/Cards game at Busch. This year they're taking me to Wrigley on Sunday Sept 28th, which happens to be last game of regular season.

It's a great point. I can watch on my new Samsung 85" TV. Food is cheaper, beverages are cheaper, the restroom is close by and always clean. No gas used and I don't pay to park. No crowds and I don't worry about crime with my two dogs and my SIG P365 at my side. Not a bad seat in the house and the temperature is always just right!
Only time I go in person is if I'm taking the grandkids. Two or three times a year.

If you need an Sig at your side to watch a baseball game on your TV at home I’d say there are larger issues at play than parking and clean restrooms.

I have my SIG otherwise me at all times, even when deer or Turkey hunting. I'd rather have it and not need it than not have it and need it.
So far, so good but in my career I met a lot of really bad people and I have an acute understanding of how cruel people can be.
