Teams with the Cards record (if they continue winning ways) usually look to add instead of sell. Will Mo be allowed to add his annual reliever addition in 2025?

If they are legitimately in contention then yes. These relievers are usually on short term expiring contracts. So it isn't committing Bloom to anything when he takes over

Mo is not in the picture any longer. It’s Blooms baby. The only additions will be those that hat come in return of the trades of the big three.
