Cardinals signed “16” year old Cuban RHP Ricardo Fernandez to a $110,000 bonus today.

Ricardo Fernández (16) officially signed with the St. Louis Cardinals this Thursday.
Bonus deal: $110,000.

Thanks for the post, Future! Nice signing! I wish the Cards would stock the minor leagues with several of these high ceiling international wild cards.

91-93 mph and he hasn't even gotten close to his "man strength"!
