Some big decisions coming up for Mo

The Cardinals need at least one more young pitcher to emerge as a starting pitcher for the rotation, besides McGreevy, in order to feel better about trading some veteran pitchers who have elapsing contracts. IMO Who could that young pitcher be?

the article says nothing about feeling good about the rotation with trading, nor about emerging starting pitchers other than McGreevy.
it just says "sell".
