Negative WAR players

This team is in good shape for the most part, but we still have some weak spots - notably RF and the bench and pen:
Baker
Siani
Gorman
Walker
Romero
Munoz
OBrien
King
Roycroft
Graceffo
and Ryan Fernandez -1.1 WAR!
What targets are out there via trade, signing or promotion that could help shore up our weak spots and instantly produce positive WAR?

O’Brien is in AAA
Fernandez is in AAA
So we got rid of about half of them already.

Virtually every team has negative WAR players. Even the 2004 St. Louis Cardinals that won 105 games had 10 negative WAR players. You just try to limit their impact as much as possible.
