RHP Matt Svanson will be the #STLCards 27th player for both games of today’s doubleheader vs. the #Phillies. Svanson has a 3.18 ERA in four MLB outings in 2025. He last appeared in a game May 1 at Cincinnati. He was 0-0 with a 4.35 ERA in seven appearances at Memphis (AAA).

Let’s get the first game win! Weather looks better I think. Looks like storms stop in Philly around 11 AM.
I didn’t realize the Twins had an 8 game win streak, too. Both teams have a doubleheader today.

He hasn’t appeared in like two weeks? That’s our entire week n ing streak. There’s the trick- no Svanspn.

Obviously Herrera is starting G1 against the LHP.
He should start G2 as well, but I am sure he will not.

To be fair, most of that was from fedde as a national before he went overseas.

Nice thing about Donovan is even during his “mini slump” he’s still got a .362 OBP in May.
