Not bad considering we're on the other side of the grueling April stretch. Seems like we have a stretch coming up that will put this team to the test. If they are serious they need to go on a run now. If they end up well above .500 by June 1 then we would need to look at this team differently.

And for reference to playoffs , it took 89 wins for wildcard spot in 2024 and 84 wins for WC in 2023.

88 wins is enough to take the division.

Most years that’s right. Last year was quite the anomaly in the NL with so much separation among the top 6.
