Pope Leo XIV (Robert Francis Prevost), born and raised in Chicago is NOT a Cubs fan! Add to that, his father is a Cardinal fan.

Might as well get the Pope. Jobu won't come. He's afraid of the curveball.

I'm not Catholic, but I am happy that this Pope is an Illinois native and a Chisox fan. It has long been my hope that someday I can see a Cardinal - White Sox World Series, as they have long been my favorite AL team.

Well, I hope you're very young then, and I don't think you are. It may be a while.

Jobu wasn't afraid of the curve, it was Ceranno's bats that feared the curve. Jobu was supposed to take the fear from the bats. Jobu fears nothing!!
Pedro Cerrano wrote:I cannot hit curveball. Straightball I hit it very much. Curveball, bats are afraid. I ask Jobu to come, take fear from bats.

I'll have to reread Inferno to see which rings of Hell await Mo and Marmol.

Huge event to name the new religious leader of 1.4 billion people. Extra special when he’s the 1st American Pope in history.

Is the Pope's father still alive?

That's a bit ...awkward? The Father of the Holy Father?
