If winning baseball games was the priority this year then Saggese never would have been sent down.

I agree with this but what strikes me is that we are looking for ways to get 3 catchers into the lineup. Did not have that on my bingo card.

If it's a youth movement, Saggese should be on the active roster. If not, let him play some OF at Memphis. Maybe he can develop into a better corner OFer than Nootbaar.

And if Winn struggles in the #2 hole, then I'd slide Hererra there.
Like you, I'm (almost) done w/the Gorman & Walker show.
They can be bench depth.

Completely agree! Just this is one thing I didn't see coming.
Really bummed about Walker specifically. Feels like we'll have to give up on him sooner than later and he'll figure it out somewhere else.
