I love these temps but the young guns sure could use some warm-air lift that apparently won't be around for at least a few weeks.

History favors a split for MLB doubleheaders over time (split vs. home sweep vs. visitor sweep), so maybe 15-20 will be the Cards' number coming out of today. Could be worse.

I know what the history typically is for doubleheaders
but this is a very good Mets team vs the 2025 MO-made StL Cardinals

#STLCards manager Oli Marmol said that SS Masyn Winn was being given one of today's games off as a precautionary measure to protect his back. He is out of Game 1, but will start Game 2.
