Herrera ( til injured), Donovan, Scott, Arenado, and Nootbar had good starts to the year carrying the team.
The team had several home runs early then cooled off a lot finishing the month with several more moving the team to 17th. In that category.
Both Winn and Contreras had sub.200 averaged early and both finished on the upswing. Starters Gorman and Walker have struggled.
