Phillies have several prospects of interest: RHP Andrew Painter is their top prospect, he had TJ surgery and missed all of 23 and 24 seasons. He did look great in the Arizona Fall League last year, and of course the Phils are not likely to trade him.

Their 5-8 rated prospects could be more obtainable - RH pitcher Moises Chace, OF Dante Nori, OF Griffin Burkholder, and RHP Mick Abel.

Painter is a great target. If it was anyone other than the Phillies I would say it is impossible, but Dombrowski has never had a prospect he wouldn’t trade for a veteran for a pennant run.

Arenado is a fit there too with the Bohm situation. Maybe Arenado + Helsley gets you Painter.
