It’s a ridiculous mandate by DeWitt and Mo to try and sell tickets
Ain’t fooling nobody nimwits and the attendance backs that up
No need for anybody over age 30 to be on roster
Rebuild the right way
This fence straddling is a great way to set your franchise back 4-5 years
The Astros and Cubs won multiple WS with the correct model, top 5 picks usually work out

Great except young does not equal wins. It’s the exact opposite. The best teams are at the other end of the list.

Kinda crazy that you list 'late 20's ' guys as you call them 27 & 28 year old in your 'older ' list .
If you check , the YOUNGEST team in MLB Marlins average 27 yr 5 months old . Guess you think the Marlins are old too by your thinking.

Nobody argued that more experience doesn't reflect more wins usually . Just made the point that Cardinals are fielding a younger roster than OP seems to think .

I don’t really care about the Roster
Who plays every night?
If over half the starters each night are 27,28, 33, 34, 35
How is that a “young upcoming learning developing team just competing their little hearts out against all the big bad vet teams”
Which is exactly what you hear when you listen to the game……its a joke

Yeah, Cards have a lot of young position players. Pitchers, not so much.
Now I grant you, I'd rather be young like the Tigers or even the Nats than Cardinal young but you take what you can get. Bad teams should be in the business of sorting out their youngsters.

they are holding onto tickets, probably to claim losses. i've been buying tickets for Cardinals for 35 years, i have never seen a lack of tickets on markets, compared to low attendance, and tickets sold by box office)season tickets)
There are usually 300-500+(box seats) tickets being sold for week games early in season, brokers have them flooded. Even when cardinals are good, these tickets are always out there in first 2 months(school, weather, etc), this season, few tickets, maybe 1/4th of the market u always see, And they arent being sold by cardinals, attendance proves that.
i thought they ,might be keeping for their $5 deals, but that only uses up a few hundred seats, if that.
Where are the inventory????? If BDW is keeping to claim as losses, he's and even bigger donkey than i imagined.

MOzo and company have moved on from "be patient" "we like our team" & "a lot of baseball left" to the new propaganda of a "young team" & "learning from experience"
Sadly this franchise is a marketing company that owns a baseball team and nothing more
