The Bumbles lover tried for a few weeks to comp him to WillyC which was idiotic since one is a multi-time all star w/a career .800+ OPS and the other is a character from Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
Why would you expect Saggesse to start? In Oli's mind--who likes to think he thinks 10 steps ahead--SaggyT is already back in the minors, so who cares how good he hits? Contreras has proven he can hit. What has Birly ever done to justify starting game after game? He is what he is. A contact guy who will get a base hit every now and then. Needs to be at AAA and then dealt.
