He's just not the answer. Often you see a team rebuild and make a managerial move once it's ready to compete. This team isn't as far away as I originally thought. Maybe the change happens in October.

Wait until the offseason unless “the guy” you want becomes available sooner!

Until they either develop or trade for or buy a couple of MOB they can't be considered ready to compete for a playoff spot.
Donovan, Arenado and Burleson in the 3,4,5 spots isn't going to get us anywhere.
