Against my nature

I’m optimistic today.
Gray goes 6 innings. 5 hits two runs one hr.
WC knocks in winning run off Skenes in the 7th
Helsley gets 5 batter save coming in the 8th and closes in 9th.

If I'm not mistaken, the Cards did hand Skeenes his first loss of 2024.
Might have beat him twice, if memory serves, or at least won 2 of his starts.

Yep, we did give him 2 L’s last year out of his 3 all year.
And he still had like a 1.30 ERA vs us.

Yup. Went to the game where it was mikolas vs skenes. Still no idea how we won. Nor any idea how the gun bad skenes at 99 and mikolas at 96.
