Cards are following the Rams escape plan

Any team starting Mikolas is trying to lose games.

Mix in a few lousy vets with unproven, mediocre youth. Not a complete tank but not trying to win either.
Drive away the fans so it's a soft exit.
They will move out of St Louis in the next 5 years.

That's never going to happen.

I'll nominate this post for the most ignorant post of the year.

Or...and hear me out....

They're letting Mikolas start because they're too cheap to cut him. Typically, that's been the case with this team and players that bring zero value despite big contracts.

Yeah, because clearly starting Mikolas is part of a 5-year secret relocation plan. Genius stuff here.

Trust me, I love the Cards and don't want to see it.
But watch out if DeWitt buys land in Nashville to "develop"
They will say they just couldn't get the fans to come to the ballpark to support the team.

The Cardinals are a St. Louis institution. Totally ingrained in the pulse of the community.
They aren't going anywhere.

Well it is 18 m you cut. That’s not fodder. Maybe just not start him and relegate him to the long mop up job which there will be many.

Moron

ZERO-ZIP-ZILCH-NADA

There is no chance the Cardinals ever move from St. Louis.

Mikolas pitches because BDWJr has never understood SUNK COST, he's getting his money's worth even if it hurts his team. ::crazya::

Many thought the dodgers would never leave Brooklyn….or the giants leave New York

Nashville and Charlotte are vibrant, growing cities…

Stl is just the opposite…..

I’m not predicting they will move…..just that it is naive to believe it’s not a possibility
