The articles I have read concerning Chisholm's comments on the interview do not indicate that the Yankees want to get rid of him. He has been a very productive player since his arrival in the Bronx, and now that Torres is gone, he is back to playing 2nd base. It seems he is very popular among many of the New York fans, and his flashy style is not uncommon in today's MLB.

As long as he does not grow a beard, and he continues to hit, the Yanks will probably keep him.

I think he is going to have a power surge the way Curtis Granderson did when he got to Yankee Stadium. Don't think they will trade him. I did read the comments, and they are foul. The unwritten rules of baseball have been continually being broken for 10 years now, it's hardly an issue.

I don't get the love for an average hitting ball player who doesn't get on base and is often injured, and bats LH, while playing bad defense.

Superstar? Wasn’t that long ago that a player like him was middling.
But I also read that interview. What the heck is his beef? Would he get paid like he does back in the Bahamas?
