Cardinals, Mariners, Rockies and Rays had unchanged values from last year. The White Sox were the only franchise to decline in value (2%).

16 teams at 2 billion or less. 14 teams at 2 billion plus up to 8.2 billion.
The lower 16 operates in a 2 B dollar window. The top 14 operate in a 6 Billion plus window. Puts 20 teams 3 times less valuation than top 10.
