Netflix series: Ted Danson's "A Man On the Inside". FOR SENIORS ONLY.

Holy smokes, what a timepiece this one is: A still-grieving, 70-something widower (Danson) is recruited to go undercover to solve a theft in a retirement villa purported to be in the iconic "Vertigo"/"Woman In Red" hotel on a scenic San Francisco hilltop (establishing shots only).
Regulars and recurrers in the cast, the wax works, were big network stars decades ago; a couple may make you think "I thought he/she was dead." Heck, I feel old just recognizing them.:
Ted Danson, from "Cheers"; he plays the accidental snoop with a nod toward Agent Dale Cooper from "Twin Peaks".
Sally Struthers, from "All In the Family" and countless weepy charity commercials, as a horny resident: "I don't need yoga; I'm naturally flexible!".;
Susan Ruttan, the frumpy, eternally testy secretary Roz from "L. A. Law";
Veronica Cartwright, from the movie "Alien" and several early-'60s family shows;
Margaret Avery, from the movie "The Color Purple";
John Getz, from movies like "Thief of Hearts"; "The Fly"; "The Social Network", etc.
Stephen McKinley Henderson, from the films "Fences" and "Civil War".
They won't need videotape to save episodes. Amber should suffice.
