This looks pretty good, you have Vince Vaughn playing Vince Vaughn, and a really strong cast. AppleTV has done some really good shows, so I am looking forward to checking this out. Plus, this is from Bill Lawrence who has done Ted Lasso, Shrinking & Scrubs.

I watched the first episode last night. Really like the direction so far. Has a "detective noir" vibe about it as they use a narrator to guide the story.

That was the same vibe I got. Also kind of reminded me of that movie Wild Things (minus the pool makeout session of course!
)

I love anything with Beanie Campbell in it. I even loved the second season of True Detective. Bad Monkey didn’t disappoint. IMO it’s the funniest show in a long time. Maybe since Schitz Creek.

How did they cast Vince Vaughn in a role for a guy who talks too much and is 100% a loose cannon???
I kid I kid! Perfect casting, really all around. Love the show, it is just fun. Reminds me a little of an Elmore Leonard style show/writing.
Also, Natalie Martinez (Rosa)....have mercy! She is easy on the eyes.
Excited to see where the show goes.

Agreed. The actress that plays Eve, Meredith Hagner, looks super familiar to me, but checked out her IMDB page and nothing else I'd have seen her in. She must look like someone else that I can't place.

Really strong first season I think. Lots of good twists and turns, and like I said I think all the characters/actors have been great. Excited to see how they wrap up the first season.
