Cubs lose to Phillies 7-2
Brewers losing 5-1 to the Braves in bottom of 6
Cincy losing 11-2 in the 9th
Pirates beating Miami 5-2 in the 9th

Mikolas, Fedde, Libby, Pallante. Keep throwing them out there and you’ll end up where most thought they’d be. Below five hundred, fourth or fifth in division. Throw in that pen with next to nothing out there besides a couple of pieces and you have to wonder how they got this far.

Just like the Helsley blown game, Cards could waste another chance to gain ground.
