Hes not a base stealer now because he hasn’t got the technique he has the speed to steal 20-30 bases easily. He just needs to learn to read the pitchers and get good jumps Scott has it down

...Agreed... "Speed" can't be taught, but the finer points of base-stealing can come with experience. Winn seeing most of these pitchers for the 1st time, and has not learned their tendencies... I think he will improve...just gotta keep at it...

He did steal 92 bases in the minors and was caught only 12 times, so the ability is there. Give him time to learn.
