I’m not sure where anyone would get the idea that STL is one of the most dangerous cities in the USA…..us crazies here on CT must be making this up

And the eventual responses
“Well all cities dangerous”
“It was early in the morning”
“Some meth head on the edge of a corn field out the sticks is dangeous”

The point is STL city is supposed to bring thousands of FANS to pay money and watch CARDINALS BASEBALL. They don’t want to have to deal with getting their car vandalized in order to do this. Who thinks thats an acceptable trade off??? ::crazya::

A. Thats not permitted on this forum, you know this

B. You have to be living under a rock if you don’t notice it. If we all got a nickel for every time we turned on the morning news and hearing about a murder that happened the night before we could all retire

C. There’s evidence everywhere. It’s not hard to find. Just type in the key words on the google and there ya go. But as I said before…….not permitted here……
Weird combination of sarcasm and hyperbole resulting in a pointless response. Thanks for playing

Yeah not really. Enjoy your rock

Lol I can acknowledge something is an issue without being afraid of it. Nice try though
What exactly are you acknowledging? That crime exists?

The whole premise of this thread and many others from the past on CT is that St. Louis is significantly more dangerous and crime ridden than other major cities with MLB teams. All I’m saying is that no one here has provided evidence to prove that premise, you included.

Moving on…

Again……it’s not permitted

You’re either being purposely ignorant of that or trying to bait me or someone into doing it so they can get banned/suspended. Which I assume in your mind makes you a winner regardless…….they don’t post it and you win or they do and get punished and you win…….

All I’m saying is you can do the research here yourself, it’s not hard to find.

But if you disagree regardless, find yourself a home there, go shopping there, go on night walks there, go open yourself up a business.

Why won’t you though?

I go to the city on the regular and travel to other US cities as well - I was in Detroit just a few weeks ago!

I always love it when the loudest people rushing to the inner city defense are those that plant themselves right in the middle of those they judge for avoiding living in the inner cities as well.

Can’t make it up.

STL could learn a lot from Detroit and the rebound it is experiencing. While St. Louis doesn't have the built-in industry that Detroit has, Detroit has tackled its housing deficit much more aggressively and competently.

You know it is simple to simply look up the 2025 crime related death per capita for cities.

5. Baltimore

4. Birmingham

3. Detroit

2. St. Louis

1. Memphis

Interesting when looking at these cities, 2 are southern, 2 are borderline, and 1 is northern.
