I think the expectations are so low now, that he won’t have much pressure. There is absolutely no way he can turn this around anytime soon with this ownership. He has zero talent to start with.

Cardinal organization truly has no clue on how to develop pitching. It's a shame that mo and Flores have destroyed the organization from the farm to the city.

Not an Oil apologist, but this roster is total sh*t. I'm not sure anyone would do much better.
