Nothing going our way. Pages double goes over wall (Walker would have scored) then Scott watches one go right down grand central for the RISP failure.

How many times has this guy tried to bunt and failed? He can't seem to bunt the ball into fair territory. Awful.

Like to see a team stat on how many called 3rd strikes’ Cards have compared to the other teams z
Swinging missed 3rd strike is not good but taking a 3rd strike very poor.

Velocity drop again today for Liberatore. Walks up, Ks down from his hot start to the year. May be time to call it a season for him.

Vic has got to work on his bunting skills.

Lack of talent and baseball skills really showing now. Cardinals saddled with low performance players.

Everyone is ragging on VS II. How about Donny and his weeks-long slump? Down to .755 OPS and has just 43 RBIs.

And for everyone saying he could be a great LF or 3B with Wetherholt incoming, that bat doesn't play in either spot. It's time to raise standards around here. A major overhaul is in order. I hope Bloom is up to it. And BDW Jr.

Just noticed the broadcast flashing WAR in the hitters stat line.
https://www.fangraphs.com/teams/cardinals

Masyn Winn is the highest value position player according to FanGraphs WAR.

The great Alec Burleson only has a 1.2 WAR. Low for how much he's played and what a stud he's supposed to be.

He's dragged down by bad defense in RF. WRC+ of 119. So yeah an above average bat over the season so far. But you can't play him in RF, Oli. Stop it.

So far he's average at 1B and LF. But 2nd year of many saying the obvious. If he doesn't have a position on this team, Burly is trade bait

So who should play RF? Not JW.

Jordan Walker just got his second hit of day. But what a horrendous season he's had according to FanGraphs. -0.8 WAR and just bad defensively and offensively. Not a shock to anybody watching.

JW we hardly knew you. Only his exit velocity can save him here.

A .755 OPS would put him 28th among all MLB OF's, which is fine. The problem is, this lineup has so many holes that when a guy like Donovan slumps, the entire offense collapses.

For example, Ian Happ has a .720 OPS and the Cubs seem to be doing just fine.
