They still need to field a team... Who is Noot blocking? We have a thin OF corps and he's cost controlled.

So why trade him "low" just for the sake of trading?
I believe they were hoping to move one of their LH bats if a reasonable deal emerged.
I’m sure they got better offers for Donovan/Burleson but I’d guess Noot was the guy they preferred to move?
I think his choice of words “blown away” was the wrong choice.
They probably got offers for Noot but they were teams hoping to get a steal.
Having a down year and injured.
Hopefully he comes back and produces so he can be included in a package for a SP in the offseason.
