He lost his center iceman and his road roomate. Maybe he will move on.
7 goals and -11 in 25 games doesn’t exactly scream stud.

Sure why not, let's just keep trading away our best goal scorers for what ifs and maybes. We will dump and chase till the cows come home, may scrape out a 2-1 win here and there. We ran vladi outta town, and now we've set our eyes on kyrou, talent isn't wanted here. Lot a dumb (bleep) floating around here

The Blues did not run Vladdy out of town.

Vladdy ran Vladdy out of town and I liked the guy and player but he did all of this on his own mostly due to his vanity, imo. He's moved from team to team since and I wish he did things differently for himself.

As for JK fortunately DA knows his value to this team more than some Blues fans who wrongly bash him and he's not going any where without a major return. Sure....other teams would love to have him....who wouldn't?

Last year his team got nearly swept by the Caps. He did OK.

His Rookie year is the eye-opener:
After being a healthy scratch for the first two games of the 2021 Stanley Cup playoffs, Caufield made his NHL playoff debut in a 2–1 loss against the Toronto Maple Leafs on May 24.[27] He scored his first NHL playoff goal in a 4–1 Stanley Cup semifinal loss against the Vegas Golden Knights on June 14.[28][29] A few days later, Caufield scored the go-ahead goal in the Canadiens' series-clinching win over Vegas.[30] In the 2021 Stanley Cup Finals, he recorded three assists en route to a series loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning.[31] Collectively, Caufield appeared in twenty games in his inaugural postseason run. His 12 points (four goals and eight assists) trailed only Claude Lemieux (10-6—16 in 1986) and Jacques Lemaire (7-6—13 in 1968) for the most by a Canadiens rookie in a single postseason. Caufield also became the first rookie in league history to record three overtime points in a single postseason.[32]

Seriously I beg you guys to stop posting rumors from sources that are not credible.

There is no world where the Blues were trading both Kyrou and Bolduc in the same move like that twitter post above suggests. The article that mentions the Hawks is by a writer based in Argentina. These guys are just regurgitating stuff for clicks.

Judging by the fights I get into on Twitter, anything less than glowing, effusive, complete supplication to the greatness of Jordan Kyrou is “wrongly bashing.”

If it's fair criticism, and there is certainly room for that, I have no issue with it.

a smell of green grass wrote: 08 Jul 2025 07:13 am What have we learned in this Kyrou shopping extravaganza?

#1 Kyrou's contract terms are not attractive to anyone. Not even the Blues at this point.
find me a 70pt 35+ goal scorer who makes less than 8mil..... i am waiting. Smellygreenasssss
I'm a just the messenger. Kryou is being shopped all over, and no one is buying. Don't tell me how great the contract is. Tell the shoppers.
Says who sir who is saying this... analyst, teams that have pipe dream. You were not hear but this went on every summer for parayko since he started in the nhl...every summer. He was never traded. Just cause some one says hay we want him doesnt mean we are shopping. lOL
Hmmm. Last February when Army said essentially that we need to get rid of our longest-held players because things aren't changing, to whom was Army referring? Was that Kyrou, or the guy that drives the Zamboni?
I think he was simply referring to the core in general. Thomas, buch, kyrou, parayko, faulk, schenn. I genuinely dont understand why army making comments about the “core” needing a shake up is really just a shot at kyrou.
You are correct. Army spoke in a general sense, and it was a bit of a leap for me to pin it on Kyrou.

Here is a more thorough explanation of my thinking..

1. We all heard Army express the frustration with the core in early Feb.
2. Yes, the team played better after that episode, but I doubt that Army has completely taken his eye off that "problem".
3. At this point in time, we hear on the street that Army is shopping Kyrou and only Kyrou. Again, we don't know how true this is, but....that is the rumor.

It seems very likely (approx 85%) that Army was referring to Kyrou in early Feb. I don't know for sure. I'm connecting loosely-connected dots.

Until Army waived Saad at the end of January and forced Monty to play Holloway on Kyrou’s line, Kyrou was not fun for a guy like me to watch.
Then Holloway got hurt and the old habits returned.

Buchnevich got to play with Thomas and he still chokes and gags

Buch is by far the worse top 6 winger we have on the Blues. He doesn’t forecceck, doesn’t block shots, doesn’t make steals, etc…. No idea why we have him $8M/yr.

I don't understand how these people still don't understand this. Posting garbage links and drawing all sorts of conclusions from them. I imagine these same people get all worked up when those anonymous "insider" accounts post (bleep) they make up.
