Hes not a base stealer now because he hasn’t got the technique he has the speed to steal 20-30 bases easily. He just needs to learn to read the pitchers and get good jumps Scott has it down

Hits many many pop up’s With an uppercut motion to his swing.
Seems his swing loops from low to up.
Am I wrong ?
