Doesn't just "seem" like it, they're currently tied for the most GIDP in MLB. For comparsion, they've hit into 3x the amount of GIDP as the Cubs.

It's just same song and dance as the last 2 years. I honestly don't even get upset anymore. Which is odd. Because you'd think statistical balance would eventually shift back toward the norm, but these idiots must be doing something they just refuse to stop doing.

The draft and development prong of the three-prong method to win a championship (with FA and trades) has clearly not gone as I thought it would.

The Walker, Gorman, Burleson trifecta is killing this team.
I still have high hopes for Winn and VSII but man, this has been depressing.

But the silent killer is the inability to draft/trade or acquire a FA dominant starter can’t be emphasized enough.
Libby and Pallante are the only home grown starters and that’s not much.
