All right. First game. Like I mentioned, I’m “pitching” a wedding tonight. This is something more dear than even Cardinal baseball.

Well, that was interesting! Jays don't strike out much and generally put the ball in play. At least it won't be Dodgers in 3:)

Shades of Anthony Reyes with the Jays turning to the rookie Yesavage for game 1. Yamamoto vs Gausman tonight. Hell of a start to the Fall Classic.

I would expect the Jays to be able to win one game in LA. That will force a return to Toronto. I think this will be a 6 or 7 game series. It is certainly possible the Dodgers run the table now, but I think the Jays can win one there and set up the final two at home. Hoping for at least 6 games anyway. I seriously doubt either team can win three straight at this point.
