Re: Snuggerud
Yeah
5 years of trashing....literally trashing....a Blues goalie who will soon be in the Blues HOF. Years and years of it. Made claims that never was and never will be be true.
Just one example of many ...far too many ....in the childish, immature and pretty much mentally ill ways of a resident troll who should not even be here 3 times over.
And here he is still doing it.
I'll ask all of you again....if you were banned from here....would you come back under an alias? Your life would depend on that?
It is as telling as it gets.

Re: Snuggerud
He put up many legit performances for my favorite team. I remember one stretch where he allowed 8 goals over 6 games. Kept outplaying Halak and Allen. One deflected puck that isn't on a goalie is an anchor around his reputation and it's because Hitch rolled his eyes in disgust. Hitch's choice of Allen in 2015 was disgusting. And I was a lonely but insistent voice for months against the tide that if we acquired Ryan Miller we'd come to know him as Ryan Four Goal Miller. The amount of utter hate I took for that ... hard to top that one. So I understand what the pack can do. Ells took us to the WCF in 2016 and gave us the kind of performance against the Kings that was good enough to win in 2013 but we couldn't bury chances behind Quick. I thought he took hate. I love Ells and you were withering about it. We would have fought in the old days.theograce wrote: ↑20 Oct 2025 17:08 pmWhat did ya love about him?seattleblue wrote: ↑20 Oct 2025 16:37 pm I loved Ells. Re: Snuggerud
Halak was bad for the blues yup. Never happy about any of them. Bishop was a huge flop for us…especially with that backend and defensive forwards. The Bishop pick (2013) became Thomas Vannelli. Kyrou was drafted in 2016.Nublues69 wrote: ↑20 Oct 2025 15:56 pm Brian elliott in my opinion was a more consistent then allen ever was and on top of all of that, when we traded him we got the 2nd rnd pick to draft jordan kyrou.
Jakin it is similiar to jacking off we were always making fun of you dude. I can not believe you never got that. thats why you are blind lol lol lol
Re: Snuggerud
Brian has to be one of the brighter lights before binnington came around. Halak and allen were never consistent. I rather have an 80 rated goalie then a 90 one day and a 55 another. I agree with you 100%seattleblue wrote: ↑20 Oct 2025 17:27 pmHe put up many legit performances for my favorite team. I remember one stretch where he allowed 8 goals over 6 games. Brian Elliott was traded from the St. Louis Blues to the Calgary Flames in exchange for a 2016 second-round pick (35th overall) and a conditional 2018 third-round pick on June 24, 2016. The trade occurred on draft night, and the Blues used the acquired draft capital to select forward Jordan Kyrou.

You are correct! I don't know why Bishop was stuck in my head.Nublues69 wrote: ↑21 Oct 2025 09:51 amI am not sure if you missunderstood me when we traded brian elliot the pick aquired was used to draft Jordan Kyroublues2112 wrote: ↑20 Oct 2025 18:08 pmThe Bishop pick (2013) became Thomas Vannelli. How do you feel now after Montgomery’s comments?John Cocktoastin wrote: ↑17 Oct 2025 18:16 pm Man. I've sent some stupid [shirt] from you over and over, but you must be extra lonely tonight. He's getting high praise from every direction. From, you know, people who know their [shirt].
“I thought he was the best player on the ice for us tonight. He's dynamic, he's elite, a high hockey IQ. That first shot is pretty high-end. He knows how to score goals, how to go to the right areas. With him, he's only going to get better as he goes,” Schenn said.
You can’t form an opinion for yourself lol

Help; I’m lost in the hockey wilderness of Canada. I thought this thread would be about Snuggy being demoted to the 4th line last game.then I see goalie comments etc & about our Canadian British Columbia poster from his basement headquarters …. & other several non Snuggy comments til the last one about some type rookie rating.
I’m finding my way to the PTS where the Blues inconsistency and Snuggerud is rarely star of the game. However, I think he is carrying the puck, and trying to make plays and shooting, and his teammates are letting him down. It’s a long season . The team will evolve hopefully into what gave him a 12 game streak last season and a playoff run. But it’s not yet.

Re: Snuggerud
I'm disappointed he didn't jump into the fracas and help out Neighbours & Schenn behind Utah net.
He was standing back by the crease like "I ain't getting in there, No Way"
