Mautz really did struggle that inning! Defense saved him, and the batters swinging outside the strike zone. Seemed to loose it at around 80 pitches. Hopefully that will improve next year.

I know, right? LHP ...you figure they'd hold him better. Baez is a good baserunner. Knows his pitchers

Gastelum gets a generous high strike call.

Their pitcher (Suarez) never threw a pitch which was clearly a strike in the entire inning.

A few were borderline strikes but nothing even close to down the middle.
