I am sure that it would be quite easy to hire someone with minimal talent to replace almost every member of this coaching staff. They've already sent him down. And while we can't know what's going on in private, it sounds like he's been told he needs to work harder.

Credit should be shared with others and praise for results should be public.
Blame should first be shouldered by those in leadership, and constructive fact-based criticism should be conducted in private at the individual level.
These are non-negotiable requirement to create a healthy and productive environment which leads to success.
Failure to do so makes overall failure inevitable.
