The DBacks aren’t THAT talented. Oli just doesn’t have our roster ready to play. That’s his freaking job.
Should've been fired long ago but his protector won't do it.
C. Bloom's first move HAS TO BE FIRING this mental midget.

If lil Oli loses job here…..would he EVER get another MLB manager position??
Probably……if he wanted it. He may not want it.
Even Matheny was better than this twit, who loves to gaslight the fan base with his Pollyanna [nonsense] after his team gets blown away. And Matheny landed in KC for a couple of years before getting the ax and probably won't manage again.

Every year when they start to tank I think that finally Oli will be gone and it never happens. Not that I want to the team to lose, but I always think a side benefit is they will ditch Oli and Blake. Never happens..... Bloom is the only hope.

Are you here to troll or are you this clueless???
Besides being the FO “Yes” man…..what credentials does Oliver Marmol have to warrant another MLB manager position?
A last place finish?
Choking in playoffs?
Transforming youth from prospects to All-stars?
Instinctual in game moves?
Bringing out neat little cheat cards to infielders during pitching changes? CHECK

Not anytime soon. Would probably not have a problem getting a job on a staff somewhere. Base coach, bench coach, etc.

After that road trip - we saw more than just lack of raw talent. We saw lack of motivation. Lack of readiness. The other team scored first almost every game. Oli isn't developing his roster at the MLB level - they've given up on him.
Fire him now and send a message.

I still think he’d be yet another scapegoat, but I’m starting to come around to this. They have to show the fans they at least notice, if not care. Otherwise no one will buy tickets the next two months.

I agree that Oli would be the scapegoat, but I feel like you kinda have to do something after this debacle.
I doubt they would do it, but I'd be fine if they fired Oli to send a message to the team.
