Is it just me or is our base running awful?

Horrible base running.

Ump's not great but that K-zone appears to be inaccurately placed or its misreading when the ball crosses the threshold. Some of those seem closer than the result.

The feed on Roku is weird anyway, the movements seem choppy.

I talked about this before. I have fiber optic streaming and on the same TV I watch satellite on the picture is not nearly as smooth. Most likely it is the amount of data Roku is pushing out. If you don't have sat or cable or watch fanduel streaming normally you might not notice a difference.

As for the stream quality on Roku, mines perfect.

My issues have been w/Fanduel app where the audio gets 3-5 seconds ahead of the picture too many times.
