Here's some potential good news:


The Rafael Devers trade doesn't just impact the Boston Red Sox. In fact, it could play a significant role in shaping the Chicago Cubs' future.

If the Red Sox want to get creative in the offseason, they now have a ton of money to spend with Kyle Tucker hitting free agency.

While it remains uncertain what the Red Sox plan to do in the near future, and trading Devers doesn't exactly help figure anything out, if they have an opportunity to sign Tucker, it wouldn't be surprising to see Boston take a chance. -yahoo sports
