In early/mid May many guys were hitting sane time. when teams do that, you score 6 runs per game clip. Then when most all cold cold together you average about 2 per game .
Overall, you average in the 4+ range for year .
Think last year only 3 teams averaged 5+ runs average per game .
In the stretches where 3 or 4 of the 9 are hot, then you can figure about 4 runs per game clip.

When your starting pitcher is not very good and the team is in a big time hitting slump it is not a good omen
Hitting slump? Not sure it's just sub par talent. Look at our outfielders and the guys they bring up to replace. Sianni, Vlade, Barrero, to sub for Noot, Scott, Walker. The starters aren't exactly world beaters and your replacements, quite frankly, are an embarrassment.

They are averse to spending money on actual bench players and skimp on some of the starters.

Uugh - just turned it on ... maybe I'll just turn it off now...
Can't ignore completely due to my addiction, but I can take it easy on my stress level.
Go cards
ha! I just turned it back on because I couldn't resist and saw them tie it! That was funny and awesome.

The manager may not even notice. Pinch hitting Vilade for him last night exposed his limited vision.

Would really be nice if Gorman comes alive and Walker comes back and turns it on.
