Can anyone explain to me the significance of day baseball on week days in the modern, digital era? Is there any benefit teams, fans, etc, receive because of these games? I could understand MAYBE corporations entertaining clients but sure seems like a net negative.

Fedde channeling his inner Edwin Jackson.....No-No with a ton of Walks
he's at 4 BB, 0 Hits right now.
I'm not one to Jinx, so you didn't hear/read this from me.

Certainly makes sense on travel days when there's not an off day, but yeah, doesn't seem like much of an equalizer. With a league obsessed with revenue, you'd think they'd end this nonsense.82birds wrote: ↑09 Apr 2025 12:23 pmteam leaving town can fly out late afternoon rather than late at nightblackinkbiz wrote: ↑09 Apr 2025 12:22 pm Can anyone explain to me the significance of day baseball on week days in the modern, digital era?
