I saw one draft recently, can't remember which one, that had the Cardinals getting Arquette at 5, and then getting Curly at 54. My how Curly has fallen in some folks mind. Still, if Curly was really still available at 54, I would have no problem with the pick. Not crazy about Arquette at 5, but, I would be ok with it.

would love to see that mock. Reading/devouring mocks in the 2nd and 3rd round would be great.

he never got back to his freshman year. And the hit tool fell off this year.
He's a Hit, Field, and Speed guy.....all he had this year was Field.

Yep, I was surprised how low he's fallen, as well. Not having a great stretch, apparently. I wanted to pick him at 5 a couple months ago. I get the feeling this draft will be a bit volatile to the very end.

LaViolette will be drafted 10-15, give or take 1 spot...9-16. The draft is that bad, so he benefits there.
Everyone seems to think he'll go to the Reds at 9...I guess it's the new trend.
Do you see swing and miss in the zone as some reports
have mentioned?

prospect rankings are awesome...excellent frame of reference as the draft goes along. And it makes an easy go to place for stats and Tool Grades.

I saw a mock like 40 days ago that mocked the first few rounds....it's on this thread....not sure which page, though
this should be a fun needle in the haystack hunt
I can't remember the website, either

It's such a wide open draft, i think they might have their eye on 20 players for the 5 pick

Lol, maybe have a Burly burger(it'll "hit" the spot, but, no defense from an upset stomach

) with the Curly fries!

Here's the Mock that I was thinking about....FGM2 linked it on March 15th!!!!
First 2 Rounds ....each team's picks were grouped together...IE: Cards ~ 5, 55, and 72 were listed.
That was 2 months ago, a lot has changed, but it is my favorite mock this year...so far. So much info , great read.
